Of: Waverly, Tenn. passed away Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2022, at Humphreys County Nursing Home. He was born May 7, 1947, in Waverly, Tenn. Mr. Waggoner worked as a prison guard for Turney Correctional Center and retired after 30 years.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until service time Friday, Sept. 23, 2022, at Humphreys County Funeral Home.

Funeral Services for Mr. Waggoner will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23, 2022, in the Humphreys County Funeral Home Chapel with William Brown officiating.

Interment will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery.
