He was born May 3, 1965, in Washington, D.C., to John Ford III, and Geraldine Bailey Ford. Kevin was a disabled Laborer in the Printing Department for the United States Government in Washington, D.C. He was a member of Salter’s Chapel AME Church in Waverly, Tenn.

The family has chosen cremation and will have a celebration of life service in the near future.
