Visitation will be held from 12 p.m. until service time Friday, Feb. 17, 2023, at Humphreys County Funeral Home.

Funeral Services for Ms. Tipps will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17, 2023, in the Humphreys County Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jeff Keele officiating.

Interment will follow in Pruett Cemetery.
