Drug Investigation Leads To Arrest In Huntingdon

HUNTINGDON, Tenn. – An ongoing joint drug investigation by special agents with the Drug Investigation Division of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) and Huntingdon Police Department has resulted in the seizure of drugs and drug paraphernalia and the arrest of a Huntingdon man.

The TBI said in a news release agents and investigators have worked proactively since January to target illicit drug activity in Carroll County. 

A search warrant was executed Monday and authorities discovered methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

58-year-old Michael Hollowell was charged with possession of schedule II with the intent to distribute (methamphetamine), felony possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession with intent inside of a drug-free school zone. He is being held in the Carroll County jail on $8,500 bond.
