Lexington Man Arrested On Drug Charges

LEXINGTON, Tenn. – A Lexington man has been indicted and arrested on multiple drug charges.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said in a news release that 38-year-old Daniel A. O’Guin was taken into custody and booked into the Henderson County Jail on Tuesday. 

He is currently being held without bond.

A Henderson County Grand Jury returned indictments on Monday and charged O’Guin with two counts each of sale and delivery of schedule I (heroin) and sale and delivery of schedule II (fentanyl). 

The arrest comes as the result of an ongoing joint investigation by special agents with the Drug Investigation Division of the TBI and the Henderson County Sheriff’s Department.
