Country & Western Featured In US Catfish Institute Video Series

CAMDEN, Tenn. – Camden’s Country & Western was filmed Tuesday for a video series by the US Catfish Institute.

US Catfish Institute’s “Catfish Trail” is a compilation of the best US farm-raised catfish restaurants in seven states.

Staff members and guests were interviewed and some cooking techniques were demonstrated.

The video will be posted within the next couple of months.
