In the first round of the playoffs Friday night, the Camden Lions season ended with a 50-6 road loss to Memphis Academy of Health Sciences.
Huntingdon won at home against Mitchell 56-24. They’ll travel next week to face Memphis Academy of Health Sciences in the second round.
Riverside also advances to the next round after a win over Loretto 45-13. They’ll be back at home this Friday against Summertown.
In 1A, the McKenzie Rebels continued their winning streak with 63-12 beatdown on Moore County. They’re at home again Friday against Cornersville.
Speaking of Cornersville, they eliminated McEwen from the playoffs with 42-8 victory.
In 3A, Waverly beat Jackson County 42-6, and will travel to East Nashville this week.
