Bruceton And Carroll County Receive Grants

Nashville, Tenn.- Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee and Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bob Rolfe recently approved $28.5 million in Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), which will assist communities with infrastructure improvements, housing rehabilitation, and health and safety initiatives.

The Town of Bruceton and Carroll County were among the 62 communities chosen to receive funds.

Bruceton will receive $511,750 for sewer system improvements while Carroll County will receive $371,700 for firefighting equipment.
